I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. The inserts have helped a lot to help me manage the discomfort from being on my feet most of the day at work.

I have been in agony because of plantar fasciitis every time I had to be un foot for longer than 30 min. These inserts are a miracle, I have a lot less pain during the day. And they are also very comfortable!
I didn't like the recommended shoelaces though and did not use them. They are stretchy and though probably helpful for some, did not work for me: I like my shoes to be solid on my food and the laces gave to much free movement.

these Plantar Fasciitis Insoles are AWESOME, I can walk again with out massive pain. I even woke up today ans was able to get out of bed without my Heels Killing me. I do believe they are helping A LOT.
